Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Student Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Student Specialist will support the digital media strategy and communications department in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns, in particular managing the Focused Forward social media accounts and writing captivating copy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and communications, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
What you will do:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
- Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong writing skills with a creative flair.
- Previous experience with social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- General graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Web design skills and CMS familiarity a plus.

Student RPA Specialist
Job purpose / summary As part of RPA team at Focused Forward, this role will be required to assess the current automation capacity as well as develop a roadmap for the automation of complex business tasks. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting business process analysis, and facilitating end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the Power Platform development life cycle. Provide direction and mentor other RPA Specialists to ensure the architecture domain is neither over- nor under- built when compared with current and future needs of the client. Requires a highly technical member who can work directly with program architects to highlight technical impacts to system design based on business requirements. Duties and responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Working in tandem with the executive team to provide a strategic approach to identifying process automation opportunities. • Developing new processes that contribute to the overall business strategy and meeting resource needs across segments. • Creating clear, coherent, and rigorous approach to lead working team from problem identification to solution design by applying value based and human centered methods such as design thinking, business process design and Six Sigma. • Deploying problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. • Performing a cross-functional role to facilitate business process changes with stakeholders. • Providing technical guidance and support for others in the development or troubleshooting of process automation solutions and capabilities Competencies The following basic application of the following KSAs are relevant: • Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead multiple projects. • Supporting new business activities including opportunity identification, proposal development and pitch execution. • Providing detailed process mapping knowledge to projects that come from the business to support the project in defining and implementing the changes required. • Considering additional factors such as license utilization, local data preservation and security policies when designing brand automation solutions. • Analyzing and coordinating process definition efforts involving many technical & business stakeholders. • Strong business expertise, process mindset, and operational business process knowledge. • Identifying necessary development steps and document activities and sharing with business units. • Process Management. • Business Process Analysis. • Business Process Improvement. • Business Process Changes. • Change Management.
